I am a regular visitor to PE, and make a point of having a meal there, if i am lucky to get a seat unreserved. This is really a great place, the best so far in PE. Especially surprised that they employ also a guy in a wheelchair, who was amazingly sufficient in serving and taking care of customers. Great stuff - keep it up---there's no competition!!!!

Bluewaters Cafe is the best in PE, their Seafood Platter is the best, the combo meals which they have just introduced are a feast to die for cant't wait to try all of them. Big up to the owner Bartho you are the best, Excellent service Vicky thanks for the always making us feel welcomed and thanks 2 the kitchen staff for the GREAT FOOD.
