 The 4.30pm timeslot is a new addition to our schedule.
The class was attended by 13 people.
Methinks this timeslot is a good one :)

We ran these every Sunday at 8am (depending on weather & events & not during winter) on the grass opp. 1st Ave Summerstrand. Bring a towel/mat & water).  These are NOT currently running - I need a break :)
