Exploring the Bhagavad Gita

If you wanted to know more about yoga philosophy...

We will delve into the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, explaining different aspects of yoga philosophy that wouldn't necessarily be discussed in an asana class. Understand concepts such as reincarnation, karma, samadhi, differing yoga paths, anatomy of the devotee, cosmic consciousness and Supreme Reality.

If you are beginning a meditation practice, or feel drawn to start one, prepare yourself for the inevitable battles to be fought, and be inspired by the indescribable bliss of union with the Soul.

We will meet once a week for three months at 7:30pm to 9:30pm on Monday evenings, starting 6th September 2010.

Venue to be decided

Cost: donation

Bring along your copy of the Bhagavad Gita, or let me know if you need help organizing one. Let me know if you are wanting to join this journey into the higher aspects of yoga.
