I went to your store in Cape road , Mill park, to order the Smokey twister. At least there was a sign to indicate it is out of stock. The same evening i visited your store in Cape Road, N/Park, got to order, - but was informed it is out of stock. I told the lady they should put a sign indicating so, and she thought it was a joke, laughing. Well i did not think so, as i was dissappointed. So i travelled down to the store at the beachfront and got to the front to order the same smokey twister, but again , out of stock, but no sign!!! Apart of wasting my money on fuel and dissappointment, i think the staff should be trained that should a product be out of stock, at least the manager on duty should be informed, to put a sign up indicating a certain item is not available.

KFC head office followed up on the complaint. The Smokey Cheese Twister is no longer available countrywide.
Amanda was apologised to and sent a voucher as well as an apology letter by KFC.
