Very bad service at PnPay Heugh rd, Walmer on 3rd Jan at 16h00. Only 3 out of 9 till were operating, cashier at till no 1 was chatting to another employee, no rush, no one was bothered to open another till and the queue was just getting longer and longer. The store manager, Ricardo was on leave, the lady in charge of till was unable to open another till and was totally unconcerned and unhelpful. She didnt even have the contact no. of the regional manager! Unbelievable! And this store opened recently! You'll never see me there again!
