Went in 25/05-said were busy on 24/05 will call to collect later-didnt call.Went in 27th-had element in stock will replace & call-didnt call. Went to collect 28th-not redy-will call later-didnt call. I called technician & lady in front lying about stock, time, etc-will call in 5mins. Drove there-(20min later)closed. Unprofessional, unethical liars!

Grootendoorst Bakery-i ordered 2 bday cakes on 14/06/2010.paid R433.req coll on24/06/2010 at 14h45.get sms on the day at 15h00 saying to coll at 16h30 as printer packed up. phoned lady to say-i have 60 kids waiting for a party at 15h30.got to bakery/waited 30min.one cake had an ugly picture!lady at bakery said it is not her fault that printer packed up.i shouted at her for her unproffessional service &she tells me i am in a bad mood! well DUH! I said to her that i ordered the cakes 10 days before and paid cash of R433.00!how can i wait 45min for cakes that were ordered 10 days ago.if printer packed up, she could have just used the icing for another decoration!got to the party--cakes were iced cold inside and tasted like they have baked 2 days before and left in the fridge! absolutely disgusting!no apology from them for even being late! only sarcasm and pure disrespect.NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

I must commend Alugutter for their exceptional service on installing gutters at my home. I have been so impressed from the day the quote was done to the instillation and over all service. Every employee at Alugutter that I dealt with was professional and helpful. They have truly delivered the best service I have experienced in a long time. Well done guys and keep it up!

A couple of months ago I approaced a small medical aid company named Assurisk for medical aid for my mom & myself. Recently someone contacted me . Finally when I told the lady I'm definitely interested but wanted an affordable medical aid on my salary, since my dad passed away my mom did not have a medical aid anymore as she was on his scheme. Then the company owner, Sharlene Micheals sent me an e-mail via one of her employees stating that she does not have anything cheap, I need to pay for quality. Furthermore she also said that she does not want me as a client. That is poor service because, How can you turn away business just because the potential client is not high peofile? If she did it politely, I wouldn't be womfing this, but she was rude and sarcastic. Especially when she heard affordable, her mind struck cheap. I at least earn enough per month to at least be able to afford R400 each for my mother and myself.

1 year ago had pool + paving done by mackski pools of PE.after 3 months,paving started cracking+sinking - complained - 0ne million promises + lies by owner(ian)and manager (gerhard )later , nothing was done.paving still cracking and sinking.written guarentee ,e-mail and verbal promises not worth a cent. do not do business with these people!!!

If ever you want to buy a Lounge Suite and pay Cash take my advice and donot use
Joshu Doore or Gommagomma. Bought a Lounge for Cash and paid R7000.00.One year later a spring in the 3 seater couch broke. Joshu Door could find no record as they delete all details of Cash Deals. Received no assistance from them and had do repairs at my own expense.

Good service from Durban str. Tyre Service , Uitenhage.Bad vibration on car, which got worse at higher speed.Took the car to another business who were very helpful and assured me it was front wheel balancing which they did and assured me that one wheel was badly out of balance and problem will be solved.Absolutely no change.Then went to above mentioned firm and a guy named Ashley checked each tyre with his hands, and said one back tyre seemed to have a bulge.Removed wheel and bulge was distictly noticable. Replaced the tyre and no more problem.Best of all is that the whole procedure took only 15 minutes.Many thanks

One Plan Medical aid customer service is awful!...Took med aid through their website. The 1st payment was due at end of Jan 2011. Still waiting for it to come off. On enquiry was told I was "suspended" du to non payment?? Supposed to be reinstated to come off on 25 Feb 2011 (still waiting) On enquiry was told double debit off on 1st Feb (of course no money in acc) Tried again for end of March, still no luck and despite numerous emails still have not had even the courtesy of a reply from anybody there, wont mention their names. It might be inexpensive but service leaves a lot to be desired

Woolworths Greenaces Returns Department is unbelievable! SO, so slow. SO, so NOT interested in the client. Stood in the queue for ages in the lunch time today WHY? Their scanners are not working properly. I really dislike going to this particular Woolworths store

I was looking for red side plates at Mr Price Home Greenacres.
Unfortunately they didn't have the ones I wanted so Francoise contacted their other branches. Luckily, Uitenhage branch had the plates I was looking for but I needed them the next day!
Francoise offered to collect them from Uitenhage after work so I would have them in time.
