We (my family) frequent your restaurant on, at least, a monthly basis. Last Friday night we did so again. I was very dissapointed to see that many of the regular staff does not work there anymore. I was also a dissappointed to sse that the menu prices and the value for money in the meal has changed for the worse. The fact Mark has left and that sushi is not offered anymore does not help. You should consider making this a more family friendly and add more value to the meals rather than increasing your prices. It is just not worth the trouble considering the inconvenience at security and limited, expensive menu. You have an excellent location but with the service suffering with all the rest it is unfortunate and you should consider changing your strategy and recipe for the restaurant. Friday evenings can be a family night, Sat for couples and Sundays with jazz for example.

Dissapointing visit to your restaurant last night with Corp. visitor from France. 1Stly it is a schlep to get to you so in return the experience should be special ! 1. No evidence of management . 2. Menu - Printed page of A4 paper very poor 1st impression.Lack of interest in your image !
3. No Savignon Blanc wine in stock ( Wow !! )
4. Accepted the alternative - When re ordering - " sorry no bottles left " !
5. By now getting in the mood to take the issue on with someone - No management present . 6. The food was good - Not exceptional but one chipped plate of the 3 of us.
7. Hiding the 10% Service Charge in small print on the bill is not friendly practice - No gratuity was paid !
You have a excellent site that is way below being fully utilised, PE is sadly lacking a really good value for money seafood restaurant on a site like yours - Why not take up the challenge. Take up the challenge and become really "world class" its all in the detail !!
