Your waitrons are great people,but what have you done to your coffee???We were m&b supporters from opening day here in PE,but since coffee changed we are going elsewhere.Been back but problem seems to persist.Could you please check it out?Ask your customers,we are not he only people now supporting another coffe shop in Greenacres

Advertising and marketing is exceptionally good, however, the service is pathetic! I walked into m&b this afternoon at +/- 17:30pm. I stood there for about +/- 5 mins and the staff members walked right past me without even ackowledging that I was standing there. No eye contact what so ever. That's one of the crucial aspects of a business like m&b. The only gentleman who ackowledged me was when i walked out of the shop, and not even he stopped me and offered his help. To the owner/manager of the coffee shop, your staff seriously need to up their game. Regards, Yolanda.
