Good day. I know you warn us of the slow service however its the worst service my friends and I have ever had, not once or even twice. We usually visit in the afternoon at 16:00 and always end up with same waitress. I apologise for complaining, its not my thing but your waitress always brings the wrong thing I have asked for, You then feel to sorry to send it back. please keep an eye on madeleine in future. The coffee is also very cold. Thanks you

I am a tour operator and made the mistake of taking guests there once! That was the last time.
Do not waste your time and money to go there for a meal.
