What has happened at this once lovely restaurant? I received the most horrific service. The waitress was aksed for clean knives and forks, so she just dumped 20 or so of them in the middle of our table. There was no waiter for the bar. We were asked to leave at 10h00. The price which I was quoted was also incorrect R95.00 p/p was suddenly upped to R108.00. Previously also children under 12 pay 1/2 price. I was charged a full sitting price. I enquired about this and was told that the age now was 11. There were also "mugies" flying around the steak. We had to shoo them away all the time. I am very disgusted and disappointed with the new management and ownership, as they do not seem to be able to upkeep the HIGH standards of the previous owners. I will make sure never to eat at Admirals again and so to will tell everyone about my BAD experience, oh no I do not have too, the service speaks for itself. What a shame!

I am the previous owner of Admirals. I have taken back the controle of Admirals in March 2009. The standard is better and the service is back even better what yoy previous experience. I moved to PE and is permenent involved in the shop - Please visit us again and see if there is an inprovement , no dought there will be

I recently visited Admirals after they had a change in ownership/management. I took my family out to dinner on sunday lunch,it was great,the service from reception right to the steak grill. The food was tasty and every one was very helpfull and friendly. We enjoyed it to the fullest and you will see us around alot! Steve & cathy

We are from Pta and in PE for the past three months. Second time we visited Admirals and all compliments to all the staff and chefs.
