I visited the Walker Drive branch recently (about 2 weeks ago), as I needed a new pair of glasses. The staff (Kelly, Janine and Cindy) were fantastic! The customer service I experienced from that particular branch was arguably the best I've received to date.

The only problem I encountered was the delivery time for my new spectacles. This was beyond the control of the branch that I visited. Because of the service and professionalism that I experienced at the Walker Drive branch, I would have no hesitation in recommending it to as many people as I know, family and friends alike.
