Then i ask why is it that this establishment has changed its focus from quality to quantity..its by far the biggest mistake places of this nature makes when they open and claim to have something different and in a few months its changes to the same old same old of likes of virtual sports bar, toby joes etc etc.I ask why is MR Shakes no longer there on a thursday ladies night, rumours abound in PE due to reasons and elements i take offence. We live in a democratic new south africa where people of all colours and creeds are entitled to enjoy whatever is on offer and they have the money to spend. So Balizzio youve won the " Yuppie White Crowd who will continue to show no respect for youre establishment and will wreck youre investment within the coming months like they have with Virtual " upmarket venue" and you will be left with no loyalty until they decide to move on to the next venue.

To dissapointed For you to make statements like "yuppie white crowd" is quite ironic as u are exactly the people Balizza dont want there. Its you with the colour chip on your shoulder that has the problem.Mr Shakes is not there due to internal differences between management. The owners can see fit to who and when they book an artist, thats business, its called diversification...something you're obviously unaware of...Its idiots like you that love to rock the boat but sit on the sidelines.Balizza is a lovely venue catering to all age groups and providing a awesome clubbing experience.Wld you like to know how...Well the un-loyal "yuppie white crowd" dnt block outside in the parking lot, they actually come in and spend their money so that the venue can actually operate...

I have had wonderful evenings at Balizza. However, one element that has become really unpleasant is the bouncers. They are overly aggressive and they always look like they're about to hit someone. I have worked as a bouncer and these guys have no idea of how to make people feel safe and secure. They incite aggression and appear pleased when they get a violent reaction. Go up the road to Escobar. It's safe, the music is fantastic, the vibe is perfect to unwind and the bouncers look and behave far more professionally than the thugs at Balizza.

I have heard and read about so many people who have had bad experiences or witnessed incidents involving the Balizza bouncers, and yet the manager always defends them and in doing so drive away would-be patrons. I agree that as a night club Balizza is fantastic, but their management must do something about those bouncers.

I had a pleasant time at Balizza, I've found that the bouncers only jump in when some drunks get annoying.funny enough the dude that was so drunk did not even by a drink @ Balizza so maybe they should focus on stopping horribly drunk people at the door. Understand people come out to enjoy but it's digusting to get so drunk that you make it unpleasant for others.
