I bought a Ryobi drill / grinder kit from this useless shop ( BUILDERS RIPPOFF ARTISTS ) and the first time I used the drill for a light job with a new 6 mm drill bit the drill started smoking , I returned the complete kit to the shop where a sign against the wall claims if you are not satisfied you can return the goods for a full refund ... WHAT A JOKE , after standing at the returns for about 20 minutes they called the so called manager to tell me they have to send the drill for repairs . I am not impressed with a drill that cant even drill two holes so obviously I am not happy with the goods and wanted to buy a better quality drill . If I had wanted second hand goods I would of gone to a second hand shop but then again I would probably have got a better drill and service if I had . Builders Warehouse is a very dishonest shop with pathetic so called service that sell inferior products so be warned DON"T support these clowns as you will be wasting your money and time .
