I am using this address as Icannot find one for the East London branch.
I purchased an LG RECORDER(LH-HR3690 on the 17/03/2007.
On Wednesday 13/02/2008 I took it to Elco in Balfour Park in East London for repair under warranty as the the display was saying "please wait" and no functions were available.
On Friday 15/02/2008 I got a call to say it was fixed.
On Friday evening and all day Saturday it worked ok. On sunady morning it had gone back to same fault.I have now returned it to where it was purchased and requested a new one only to be told that it is upto LG. I would respectfully remind you that I bought the recorder from you not LG and it is therefore your responsibility.One could also ask the quetion as whether, as the warranty is close to expiry,was the repair done so as to last just until the warranty had expired.
