This is a letter to everyone just to tell you how pathetic Tony and his staff's service is. I bought a fridge from them. I was told by Neville (Salesman) that they have a fridge in the warehouse that will be delivered to me. In the mean time they delivered the demo on the floor. Im sure that they do that kind of thing so often that its part of their motto. i finally received the fridge and discovered that it is scratched and actually believe it or not totally skew. I have contacted Tony and his staff for a week now, only to find out that absolutely nothing was done about it. And Tony (the owner) of all people tells me to bring back the fridge to get a refund. I can not believe that their service is so poor. They should be called Tony's demo appliances. Well they will be losing alot of client that i know of. Please can someone tell me where I can get service that is atleast a little bit better

I am in the market for two high end coffee machines, thanks to Donald, I won't be buying them from Tony's if that's their attitude.
