Dear Sir / Madam,
I attended the SPAR Ladies Race and would have liked us to enter the race as a family.
We thoroughly enjoyed the fun athmosphere at the event.
I however have one concern, that being that men wishing to enter the race as part of families having to dress in "drag".
The concern I have with the "drag", is the message which we send to our younger generation. (one of the men dressed in drag actually "mooned" the audience, which also included young children.)
Are we not creating an incorrect idea of what is acceptable, with our younger generation?
May I suggest that instead of having a Ladies Race with men wanting to enter as families having to dress in "drag", rather have a Family Race, where entire families could participate and enjoy the day.
In these days where we have dysfuntional families, I believe that a "SPAR FAMILY RACE" could be just the thing to really promote PROPER FAMILY TOGETHERNESS AND WHOLESOME FAMILY VALUES.

Spar in Walmer Main Road. I have not supported it for the last year and a half due to rotten mutton chops I purchased there. I went into the Walmer store last night for the first time again and with all the recent hype about the store winning store of the year I thought the quality of a winning store would be tops.
To my surprise nothing has changed. I bought some lean mince and took it home. When I put the meat into yhe pot I smelt a funny sour smell. I sniffed into the pot and yes once again the meat was off.
You dont have to respond or try and make good on this. I will not buy from Spar again and I promise you that I will tell everybody I know of my experience. If your top store is so pathetic then I dont even want to go to any other store.
Spar!! Rotten where ever you are!!!
