I am not satisfied with the service. I was busy divorcing whilst I saw on my payslip I must pay francios Horn Ass an amount for schoolfees not paid. I went to my lawyer and he gave me a letter to give to you and I explained that my wife at that time shoul have pay the schoolfees and it was not my responsibility. I explained to you but you did not want to listen. I asked the amount outstanding and went and 2300,but when I arrived later that day you told me their is other costs involved and amount to 2800. I went several times to get a printout without sucess. I manage to get a printout 04-02-2010. I paid R500 cash 22-01-2010. I owed R58, but since then you are still deducting from my salary. So when will I receive my money that you owe me. Did you send a letter informing that I do not owe you anymore. I am not happy with the service given by your firm. It is unacceptablem
