Very poor service sending documents to Cape Town on Same day service. Contacted you at 8h00 30 Nov to pick up documents. Only arrived Friday after 15h00 after 5 phone calls!

Had dogfood and prcel sent overnight by yourselves. Dogfood arrived in Fort Beufort During night on 15-12-11. Only received food after 6pm the night after 5 fonr calls. Parsel from JHB has arrived at Fort Beaufort on Saterday just to find out it is no longer here and after a rude phonecall to PE no responce. Will have to get another overnight express. This one take more than overnight.
