I have a complaint about the Friends & Blends in Sherwood.
We've been there Wednesday. We sat there for an hour before a waitress took our order, after we had to go and fetch her to do so. Then we waited another hour before we actually got our food and drinks.
There were other people in the shop that left after waiting hours to be served, which did not happen, and others that waited for more than 3 hours to be served and get their food. In the end this man did not get a bill and he left without paying and the staff did not even notice or cared that he did not pay.
Please take this up with the franshise head office or someone that will do something about this as this service is unacceptable.
