They did not complete the job on time, and planning skills wnet out the door! They reminded me of used car salesman - they will promise you the world.Even though we had revised 3D pictues of the kitchen, they initially built to the first design, which had subsequently been changed. When I queried this they said that they would alter the cupboards,and they did with no problems. What I did not like however, was that one of the principles insisted that they were right about the design, even though I clearly had the revised design in my posession. Even now, when trying to call them back to come and effect some repairs where the egdes of the cupboards are coming loose, we are still waiting after three weeks and alot of promises!
