Algoa Bus management needs to train the driver who was driving DDF224EC at 16h30 Tuesday 7th October. He nearly pushed my car off the road as he turned into my path from a left turn, then he followed me along the freeway, flashing his lights like I had done something wrong. Please give this guy a course in who has right of way on a road before he manages to kill someone. Luckily, the bus was empty.

I used to make use of your service but lately you service isn't up to standards. Your busses are mostly late and when you call to find out bus times, the fone just rings. Please make sure your service is up to standards please, its not just me complaining.

The driver whih was on the Settlers Freeway (African Lady)@ 06h45 on the 4th of March needs to be re-tested for her passenger license. She clearly does not know the rules of the road and the use of an indicated. she also is traveling 58km in the fast lane on this freeway? when i was traveling in the middle lane she decided to swop lanes without an indicator to get to the exit which goes down to the bus station. She nearly wiped me and several cars out in the process. this is most unacceptable for anybody expecially a person which is responsible for transporting hundreds of people of the public on a daily basis. its time that Algoa bus company is becomes more stricter on the drivers and the way they are driving as I see many of such cases happening in and around Port Elizabeth.

I was driving in Ring Road,Greenacres yesterday morning at about 08h45.I was in the far left lane,when one of your busses in the next lane decided to change lanes towards me,using NO indicator or mirror to check for another car.I hooted to get his attention,only to be greeted by a severely aggrevated facial expression.I am innocently on my way to gym,and will not stand for this drivers attitude.He would have written me off!I stopped at the gym,got out of my car and took a photo of the bus.The driver was watching me all the way,and on noticing that I was about to photograph him,pulled the bus away at quite a speed.

Is it not possible to run busses at the correct times and not 10-15 mins earlier? Missed the Sherwood to town bus twice now, because it gets to Woolhope Road at 8:10 to 8:15! According to my timetable it should only get here at 8:29! If the timetables change pls let us have new ones!Unfortunately less people go on busses if it is just a word of mouth operation without proper information that gets adhered to.

The bus driver that drives the 16:45 bus to Rowallan Park never stops at people's bus stops. He drives right past even though you're standing to get off like you do on other busses. This has happened for the 2 weeks that I've taken that bus.

We understand that the bus passes are to become obsolete. One would understand that the daily and, perhaps weekly passes are not feasible but the monthly pass is the best thing that Algoa Bus Company has come up with. Is this now to rip off the loyal commuters who use the monthly pass month after month? You have, we assume, spent a lot of money to get the system up and running at various outlets. Why change it all now. When do you propose to let the commuters know what the situation is regarding the bus passes? We need to buy our passes for July 2011 soon.
