I am tired of continually phoning to ask for a debit order to be cancelled (which was done 4 months ago) which was finally done as of this year (after numerous pnone calls at my cost). However, the credit for last month which was promised to be paid is still not done. Where is the service when you want to end this contract?!!!

I have the same trouble. Taking my debitorder after cancelling my contract and phoning to confirm. Spoke to three people and after promises which I have on e-mail they still have my money. I cancelled my contract because of poor service and for that they took money which does not belong to them and still getting poor service.
