In November 2009 I purchased a Dixon battery from Batteries SA in Weltevredenpark, Johannesburg. Then in January 2010 I returned the battery because it would not keep a charge, they then told me to leave the battery there as it would be checked after about a week they phoned me to say I need to pick up another one as the one I had brought in had a dead cell. In April 2010 I relocated to Port Elizabeth and in July 2010 the battery again had a problem with keeping a charge. This is the second time I've experienced a problem with Dixon batteries in a span of 8 months and I am currently sitting with a battery I can not use and would like Dixon batteries to contact me as to where in Port Elizabeth they have a outlet to exchange the battery as the warranty of the battery is 12 months.
